What is the return policy?

Due to the nature of these products general refunds will not be available. Refunds can only be issued if the order is cancelled before shipping or the package is damaged or lost during delivery. If you receive a package with damage to the items incured during transit please reach out through the website contact page.

Can I pick a color theme for my mystery boxes?

Of course! Please leave a message in the Notes/Instructions comment box during checkout to let me know. I cannot guarantee the color(s) you want for every item but I will do my best. 

Will there always be the same items available for the mystery boxes?

While most of the same items will usually be available many will sometimes be rotated out for new items. Products available for the boxes will not be listed or updated on the website but you can get an idea of what's availble by watching the videos posted to social media. If you aren't someone who likes the unknown then the mystery boxes may not be for you. Accomodations will sometimes be made in regards to comments asking for certain items or not, but please understand that if the requests are unreasonable the buyer will be notified and the order cancelled.

Will I be tagged in an order boxing video for Tiktok/Instagram?  

Only if you want to! Please let me know in the instructions box during checkout if you would like me to @mention you for social media. I will not be able to film every order but I will do my best.
